Why you so obsessed with me?

So I do this thing where I'll obsess over something for a month or so, get bored, and then obsess over something else. At the moment I want... no need a good pair of riding boots. The problem is I have small calves because Im naturally thin ( Im talking Zoe Saldana, Kirsten Stuart, thin) so my options are limited. I need a 13 inch opening and most boots are 15 or 16inch and I want it to be a good boot that will last for years to come. Anyway there is only one I have found that fits that description but it costs an obnoxious amount of money.
